Landlord Accreditation Training

We would like to make you aware of the on going programme of webinars provided by Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS) designed for landlords covering a wide array of topics. These predominantly sit under their Core Information Programme, but they also have a Best Practice programme which takes specific topics and provides more detailed information.

There are also several courses taking place over the coming month that may be of interest including:

• Dealing with anti-social behaviour – Tuesday 24th March (2-3pm)
• Understanding landlord repairing and maintenance obligations – Wednesday 25th March (10-11am)
• Preparation for Possession Actions – Tuesday 31st March (2-3pm)
• Ending a tenancy, the legislation – Wednesday 9th April (2-3.15pm)

We are also running dedicated sessions for landlords on the topic of Damp and Mould:

• Identifying and Diagnosing Damp and Mould – Wednesday 6th May (2-3.15pm)
• Managing Condensation in Homes – Thursday 21st May (10-11.15am)
